Forum Support

To keep our own staffing and support costs in check, and to allow us to keep our monthly subscription rates low, we would prefer that customers (or potential customers) review the forums and FAQs first.   The list of forums and FAQS is presented on the right.

If your question(s) still has not been fully answered fia the forums or FAQs and you don't feel like submitting a support request then feel free to give us a call at 877-593-2083 x3.   Support requests via email are monitored early in the morning and late into the night, so if your question is urgent, please submit it via email - it will probably get answered more quickly than a phone call.  If the question is sales related, call us during office hours or leave us a message if after hours.
